The quest kalis parliament tells me to talk to elina leight, when i talk to her it tells me to i need knowledge of norma leight in order to talk to her but when i go to norma i cant recieve knowledge of her, ive talked to everyone in the plantation she is found in and have done every non repeatable quest. If this isnt a bug then im sorry for making the post but im pretty sure it is seeing as though alot of other players have this issue.

Did you forget to wave to Norma first ?

Its tap y then hold once.

Some times the quest is on the list under the amity1 circle. Unlocking things on the circle needs waving or conversation.

I've had the same bug for 2 days now and nothing works. Please keep us posted if anyone finds a solution

My day 1 calpheon was kind of a blur and did not stand out but I did do everything I could find there before heading to the plantation. Including bipache in the abandoned city.

I did what ever quests in plantation and they sent me back to elina, I try to get the under 100 amity quests done too if I can.
