I've had two bugs and I came here, submitted my tickets and both my tickets were closed with "take a screenshot". Which as an IRL support person I can agree with however my issues were both related to something disappearing, so how am I to take a screen shot of something that disappeared? So the bug to report here is that your support is bugged.
I know on PC, customer support can and has helped players that have lost/deleted items by accident. There should be a way for them to check logs to see when item was discarded, etc.
If they're really taking that stance, especially with how recently the game came out, I'm not too hopeful on future customer support down the line.
