Can't take CP off of Nodes. Says must first withdraw production node. I've already done that. Relogging does nothing.

Have you checked any attached nodes? If the node is connected to another one and it is a node earlier in the chain of connections then you must withdraw from those nodes as well. I had the same issue and found that was the problem for me.

Also workers using the path will lock them all down.
