Is it just me or does the game seem more unstable lately

Am I the only one?
I have been getting multiple crashes per day. Sometimes back to back crashes after attempting to log back in.
In some cases it seems to be related to when I open the map and close it.

Mine seems to be more related to distance traveled and NPCs talked to. It has been crashing on me between 5 and 8 times a day. It will freeze up for about 3 seconds and then completely close itself out all while making an obnoxious noise.
