So I’ve encountered a problem with the main quest, “Until We Meet Again”. It won’t let me continue it. There is literally no quest giver for it. Ive looked everywhere for the quest giver and nothing. When I click on the quest, it always guides me to Horio Tinya. But he doesn’t have no quest. 

Exactly this, can't do the Main Questline due to that.

It the last 2.quests were a choice. You picked who to help. And that was the other guys quest. 

Your not stuck. Just keep working the second set of quests.

It's annoying as it pops up, but its manageable 

Suggestion.

When the quest log has bright gold writing high lighting a portion. Read it.

You would have known what this was.

This does however needs to be removed from the HUD once the second part is started.to remove confusion.

Currently I am 26/1 in the first section and I am almost done with the third

That’s the thing it won’t continue. There’s no other main quests to do at all, except for, “Until we meet again” I even talked to all the main characters that were involved with the main quests and nothing. I even followed the instructions, The quest says,  “find Sarma Anin”. Well I did that and she doesn’t give me no quest or quest completion options. The last quest I did, was I had to defeat the Black spirit and then I had to talk to Prince Bareeds at the very end. After that, there was nothing left. I go to the quest menu and RB to main quest section and only quest listed that’s unaccepted is the, “Until we meet again.”

Open up the second list of 3 quest lines. Go to the first one on the second list.

This quest was an either or.

You chose neruda so you go through his arc and not through sarma.

There is no second list. Here’s a pic to show what I mean. 

Oh. I had all 3 lists at 0 whatever before I even started. That is odd.

When I first started there were 3 for me as well. But as soon as I defeated The Black Spirit and later had to talk to Prince Bareeds. This quest arch was the only one left on the list. 

Then your done. You have nothing else .

That's easy. Your not stuck you are done like the first launch.

Oh...ok! Well that explains that. Lol!  Well I’m still curious why the Black Spirit won’t give me the Targak Steel Shard quest. Because my impression was it was to be available when mediah was released.

I didn't get a black abyss weapon, nor a roaring chest. I've completed all listed lines, besides 26/1 until we meet again. 

Oh also I have "Seal of the black sun" quest item also left over?

Same. Wondering if we just delete it, or hold on to it.

I am banking it for later, not sure it gets replaced.
