The black spirit is not showing the magical armor exchange quest so we can turn in the dim magical armor for the armor of concentrated magical power which well then allow you to turn into the roaring magical armor by giving it to the armor vendor in altinova.

The quest line for the six steps that would normally trigger at 51 was removed during the first release and this pre req was not added back in causing this quest to not spawn with the black spirit.

I would love to understanding the reasoning behind removing that quest line.

I assume because the turn in guy for the chest is in mediah, they found that was the easiest way to disable the quest.or people would delete or something the useless quest.

And forgot to turn it back on.
