Hey I play black desert on Xbox one x from 3 day,  but I see in setting that my 4k mode is "off"when I change it to "on"I must restart the game, but after the restart game my setting is still on "off"

any ideas ? or that must be so ?

Yep, try changing it to 4k hit a, then hit y to confirm. Then disconnect to the main menu. Then hit the big x button in the middle, go to bdo, hit the menu and exit it. Then relaunch. If it still doesnt work, make sure you have 4k on in your settings, cause there is a setting that will make it so it cant go to 4k.
