So I managed to see that I had it in my mail but it doesn't look like the video that was released before promoting the armor, it doesn't have the cape, so was it removed, temporary removed because of a problem or what happend? I tried to see if maybe it's a setting that hides the Cape but I don't really see anything. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

The place where you select if your helmet is visible has the toggle to show your cloak.

It seems the Cape only shows if you are in combat with your weapons out or if you unequip your weapons (along with the weapons skins) when not in combat. I suppose the sword and shield would clip with the Cape if they all show together but I guess an option should still be available,  it might still look good.
