Can anyone been able to start this quest. It starts from the book at the top of the tower in tarif by the storage manager and is the quest like for the black abyss gloves.

Ive got my black abyss weapon, did the boots quest, almost done with the helm but cant get? this one to start. 

Ive looked it up and back tracked all the pre? req quests and cant get any if then. All the way back to walking to the profit kid in Altinova (which is suppose to be given to me by my black spirit)

These pre reqs are also needed to open up the ability to upgrade your dim off hand past the second upgrade.

 ?

Does anyone have any info on this? 

  can we confirm or deny this series of quests is broken because the black spirit isnt procing quests as it should?

Thanks. I posted an in depth reply as ive now run nearly 4 character and done every crossroad and quest possability and noticed a black spirit quest disappear from our quest log once we start mediah

They already confirmed in another thread that this quest is currently inactive.
