like the title says

we get those scrolls daily, but not sure if they will ever drop any gear? 

From what i have heard the Rank 2 bosses have a chance to drop Liverto weapons. Boss gear not in the game yet otherwise.

if there is a chance it drops a Liverto, then it's something worth it, otherwise i wouldn't want to travel across the map to kill a boss in a minute or 2 to get crap stuff that i can get from the grinding spots.

No the Bosses currently DO NOT drop any boss-gear as it's not implemented ingame. You can get as much as Liverto, Furniture, Hunter Seals and some Black Stones. What you want to do is to do the Boss Scrolls (as each expire in 7 days) BUT do NOT open the Bundles you get from them. These will take up some slots in your inventory, but once the Bosses are released you can just open them all and possibly get instant Boss Gear by then.

but we don't know when they will add world bosses.

however, i think it's a good idea, better than not getting anything in the current state..

Memory frags and Hunter seals are definitely worth it

It's up to you, honestly. When boss armor drops, go for whichever boss you want armor from the most.

You might want to avoid Rednose as his armor is bit frowned upon, people prefer Dim Tree Spirit's Armor all the way. The best choice ATM is Bheg (Altar Imp Captain) as his Gloves are probably the first part of Boss gear you might want to get. Unlike any other gloves in the game, they give +Accuracy which is great boost.

For Weekly it's either Muskan or Dim Tree, just avoid Witch.

I wouldn’t say witch is bad but depends on class she has a chance of dropping witch earrings. But if you plan on saving all your packages then I agree.
