Get this error when accessing my Warehouse in Calpheon City.

If I ignore this and go to Currency Exchange to deposit some Gold Bars gained from the leveling event, the Gold Bars do not deposit into the Warehouse storage. The Gold bars are gone, yet no Silver.

Switching servers does not resolve this. Restarting the game does not resolve this.

Lost 1,500,000 silver in Gold Bar rewards.

I have the same problem I just didn’t lose my gold bars, it just won’t let me turn them in and restarting doesn’t fix it

There is a known bug when you exchange your gold bars to silver but storage keeper sends it to another, random storage on the map. Check all your storage, I exchanged 1.900.000 worth of silver in Altinova, thought it was gone but it landed in Heidel...
