Hi ,

 I keep having my game crash and usually I don’t pay too much attention to it because it is new and sometimes the server can go now or kick someone out.  Or maybe it’s my Internet but I do play a lot of online games and I typically don’t get too many problems. But recently I noticed that I missing two of the gifts items  at the Black Spirit gives one being the necklace and the other one being the shark that you get before you go to Altinova.

 I have been searching all around on the Internet  for any type of fix for this and it’s becoming more problematic because I am at level 55 and playing wizard. I honestly have been enjoying the game but now it’s becoming harder to fight higher level enemies because I cannot upgrade my weapons especially the main one to the point that you’re not gonna be able to get better weapons into you get better equipment to fight stronger enemies to farm.

I have made sure that I haven’t sold any of the stuff I got everything is in storage. Now I’m farther in the game and I am literally severely under leveled or at least developed at level 55. If there is anyway to fix this please let me know I really do want to finish playing the game or at least find a workaround for this problem?

Did I somehow lose it when my game crashed because I do know when it crashes I start exactly from the same spot I was in. I really don’t know what to do, attached is the pictures that was asked for on the other form to show where the black spirit quest line is and also what quest I am currently on. If there is any fire for information needed I do you have a video showing the storage of all my items all the way back to my first two items or weapons that I had that I kept in storage I do keep everything in storage I’m somewhat of a hoarder when it comes to weapons and keeping material. I have no idea what I would meet later on in the games I try to keep everything that looks important.
