I need GM support immediately I need a way to contact them VIA phone or web chat ASAP. The support tickets are too long. Every single one of my items have been deleted from the central Market Storage. My currency, my items, my resources, my pearl items. EVERYTHING HAS BEEN DELETED WITHIN THE LAST 8 HOURS OF BEING OFFLINE!!!! I had $200 USD worth of pearl items gone! This is a serious issue! I have already been dealing with a Bug previously of not being able to sell pearl items on market. on March 18th I had all my items, I log off go to sleep. I log in on March 19th at exactly 12:49pm PST and EVERYTHING IS DELETED! This is a issue that should not happen with players who spend there money on the cash shop! We are spending money, OUR ITEMS SHOULD NOT BE GETTING DELETED!!!! 

I need Support now!!! This is driving me away from such a great game to play with friends!!!

You arent the only one hit with this bug. Look at the forums. Submit your ticket and wait just like the rest of us.
