It was removed on pc so I doubt we will ever get it here as it was deemed pay 2 win and a lot of people complained over it

How do you mean removed? There are currently 2 versions of the Ghillie suit on PC both of which are very heavily used. You might have this mixed up with "effect removed from node wars" where indeed it doesn't apply anymore, however anywhere in the wild 90% PKs go in Ghillie.
