Hello and Good Morning!

I am working on my knowledge yet again, tickets are bugged for me so I am here to see of the community or  can get this to a GM/Devs for answers.

I am trying to finish Topography in Serendia, in Serendia Swamp, and Peripheral Mountains of Serendia. Holding me back from 3 energy. 

     Before I go any further I have already noticed you have renamed some things in game, but that's not what's holding me back. I cross reference everything and mark it off my sheets as I verify knowledge.  I am a PC player and already know all about the new "Crossroads" quest. I am already one step ahead of you, I did all 3 possible crossroads on 3 different characters through Calpheon, and 2 Characters in Mediah covering both crossroads. So every possible angle is taken care of from that aspect. 

According to Incendar's painstaking work before we got the "crossroads" stupid quests I know for Serendia Swamp I am unable to obtain: 

Southern Naga Marsh - https://bdocodex.com/us/theme/3072/   Kanna does not show any quest for this, and was to have been apart of what me and my friends are calling "crossroads 3" 

Central Naga Marsh - https://bdocodex.com/us/theme/3069/ Kanna should have this after "Donatt, the Forgotten Name" but she doesn't. 

On my Adventure Journal for the Swamp I'm missing knowledge is between Dernyl Farm and Glish Swamp then between Northwestern Gateway and Moretti Plantation.  See my first attached Photo.

     For Peripheral Mountains of Serendia I'm missing - Central Neutral Zone - https://bdocodex.com/us/theme/3056/   

For this knowledge we should have taken care of this in Path 2 or 3 of the crossroads https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/663/3/   but after all 3 paths I do not find a quest, and do not have access to anything I do not already have.  You can see my second photo I am missing the bottom knowledge. 

     Currently I have a guild mate who is just a dedicated as me to running knowledge, we both have 3 characters with all paths taken, We both verify if we cannot achieve knowledge and check all 3 characters to make sure it is not something locked behind "that character's story" and have proven it doesn't matter once they are through the story knowledge should be available to all characters after the "original" new knowledge was obtained. 

     The current consensus with the community is the quests or access to these knowledges have been removed from game through error and never go implemented back into the game again.  This also seems to be the case for many other knowledge entries I'm working on but I'm going to tackle one thing at a time and verify before I come to you the  Community, CMs & GMs with questions. 

What I am asking for is can you please verify these knowledge entries, quests, and NPCs and help direct me to where the issues are.

PS. in my list ticket I submitted [GM] Heidel states "Using 3rd party guides and wikis will confuse you since they are somewhat no longer being updated or contain outdated information." - False BDO Codex is still updated by the PC community and stays update with every patch BDO gets. Outdated info, maybe. But 99.5% of the content is still relevant to this day.  

I also go my own answer which they did not even bother to reply too about "Al Rhundi, The Mortal" Adventure Journal Knowledge, It was behind Path #2 of the main story crossroad.

Hey I can't get the quest "a hesitant story" from Kanna npc wher you can get the 2 knowledge after the quest from her central and south Naga swamp. I can't find a solution. Have you found one? This two are the only ones I am missing from topography knowledge.?

I remember taking about an hour to figure out kanna. Will go home and check my notes.

It was something silly like talking to the girl on the well next to her or doing one of the quests in glish. 

This was after I did all three cross roads on alts.

Make sure to turn on all quests. Fishing trade everything.

Had several issues with quests like the wagon in heidel pass where it didn't show up unless everything was checked.

i got it to work on a new set oh main story run through. something is bugged with how you obtain this knowledge. you need the character to run though of that after obtaining the other knowledge needed to gain this currently. 

I did jump alts trying to have the one specific crossroad line clear glish of tasks. I forgot who did what.

It wasn't accountwide unlock.

I do have all the topography done for pre mediah so it's all in game.

I think vitello was the same. I got it after the glish was done

Done them, they are on young lion of heidel path or on rebel path,  Not on merchant guild path, have Main on it and had to get those entries on alt.

If i remember correctly you have to Do amity game with npcs in glish to get those quests. I have parken there3 alts for each path and simple got amity on all glish npcs who gives q or knowlege entries

For central and southern naga marsh you gotta do the third option in Heidel crossroads. It will take you to Glish and at some point you will talk to Kanna. She gives it for 8 energy each.

So i found the issue i had, i made 7 chars and i always got only 2 options from the crossroads in heidel but never the young lion series with jordan and belmont!

Bevore 3 days i delated 1 char and started a new one and see there i have finally the 3rd crossroad and can finally get all the knowledge and quests i was missing?? Kannas quest and knowledge is in the young lion crossroad also alot of other kknowledge!!!

This option was fror me only available since they changed it with valencia update. Problem solvved?????

That 3rd path I had done by the point of my post - it required other knowledge from some one else then i came back weeks later i think during the new class releases doing all paths again, and found new knowledge i couldn't get on my original 3 passes through the crossroads. But at the OP date of MARCH 21st  they were buggy on how you obtain these knowledge. I had 2 guild mates that couldn't get these either and we all been through all 3 crossroads by the first week.

It was always there - the 3rd option wasn't as visible. you were given 2 options, 3rd was back out of his options and take the black spirit quest that was already up. Just like with Mediah - he pops up at abandoned iron mines and gives you a quest, but if you back out of it you have the other crossroad quest already accepted. 

Personally now getting through Valencia's quest chain - crossroads were the DUMBEST THING PA did the the story. It was so much simpler before, it wasn't confusing or ass backwards to get knowledge.

Maybe I have overlooked the third crossroad but I remember I have never seen it with my 7 chars, weird? and yes I would love to have the old story where you was able to get all the storyquests and knowledge on 1 single char, but they changed it cause many ppl was complaining that the story is so long boa bla bla? the old way was way better also in terms of the confusion right now where u get what and so on. And we need now 4 chars to see the whole story from Valencia cause the 4 different paths over there for the 4 different rings what u can get at the end. The story is so confusing, I have watched a 1h YouTube video from 2016 to see the cutscenes in the right order lol?

Oh and now its impossible to miss the young lions path cause with valencia update there pops now a big window up with the 3 crossroads and some explanation to every road?

I'll save you the trouble you don't need to do the Valencia quest 4 times the rings are garbage. 2 AP rings and 2 DP rings one is Health the other is MP/SP/WP Asula rings are better in every stat. It's the same rewards we got on PC after completing Part 1.

And at some point you will get the Ring of Power quest and it's just a crappy Duo Mark of Shadow filler.

ok for the fail stacks sure its worth but not the rings - they are trash. 

As for PC you have many different ways to build stacks effectively. But to price tag a 50 stack isn't really possible because i could have sank 5 duo ogres into a 45 stack, so to some that is a 3.6 bil stack, or i could have failed TRIs to 46-48 and then started trying to tet some garbage greens to go for a tet yellow accessory and that +1 some would say made that stack worth 8bil. I think using Trina axes, Greens on durable mode, cheap accessories to start you probably can make a 50 for about 20-30 mil. We also have devour so you can get some 15 - 20 stacks pretty easy now.
