I've recently taken interest in your game (black desert online) and downloaded it for Xbox! while i was at work my younger brother logged into my account and created the family name and character before I could so now my Xbox account is linked to a family name"longhungdong" ??? my email is sterlingbronze9119@hotmail.com for the Xbox account linked to my profile

If you could please delete the family name and character linked to the account so i can have a proper experience id really appreciate it! Let me know if there's any further information you will need in order to reset my bdo account

U should prolly log in and submit a ticket as well. Maybe invest in a different younger sibling. That one seems to be defective

so, what happens when you delete the character? i know there is a wait of 24hr for a character wipe, which should wipe the name as well.. doesn't that wipe the family name so you can start fresh with a new name?

I can't delete a character or my account, it says cash shop items on character or something along those lines.

In beta at least i wiped all characters and still had the family name
