The quest is currently bugged and unable to be completed.

The quests states “kill 30 Red Orcs” and gives you two spots in which to hunt.  Unfortunately after about an hour and a half of grinding this area and areas around it,  none of the Red Orcs, Firewood Orcs, or any orc bareing the Red Orc name counts towards progress for completion.

Well after some wandering I wanted to make a correction but keep the topic up.

So while it is possible to complete the quest, the  map markers/navigation points lead you within a rough approximation of the quests location, however both of those proposed hunting spots DO NOT spawn plain Red Orcs.  You have to wander off fairly off course on your own up the hill, deep into the Orcs camp/fortress before you see the spawns you need.

Quest could use an update with proper navigation points OR detail the quest to hint you need to go into the fortress at least.
