How to avoid/get out of grabs?

So Zerkers and Warriors, even at lower gear levels, seem to be able to just scoop me up regardless of what I do.
I know grabs/grapples have a loving RIDICULOUS magnet attached, but there has to be some mechanic in a sorcs kit to stop it (iframes and dodges dont seem to do anything because of the magnet)
Im 127ap/149dp, 220+ accuracy, 5 crit, 5 casting, 2 attack.

Your not moving enough if ylur getting grabbed. Get guder. Plus woth that ap dp you wont survive the grab lol
