Sorry for the noob question but what does breath, strength, and stamina do?  I’m not remembering and google isn’t helping me so much.

breath= amount of stamina you have in total you train this by running

Strength= the amount you can carry if you level this by carrying heavy loads (buy stuff from trade manager)

Health= The total amount of HP your character can have you train this by eating

its health not stamina btw

Good question!

Health adds like 10 hp and there is a 30 minute cooldown on food, minus a seperate 30 for fluffy bread.

Hard to level quickly.

Str. Adds 2 weight per level or so.
