Ok so i reached the calpheon shrine quest called the ritual. The quest run fin until I encounter Kzarka. It gets to the point that a cut scene starts then it stops as soon as a women walks up to kzarka. The screen goes black and it loads back to the start of the secret entrance. The problem is that once its starts back no longer have sound and end up in a loop where it stops when the video begins

It's broken, and they have known since release. 

I have leveled 6 characters into mediah, and I just skip the video instantly and have no issue. 

I have more hassle with the mobs who die slow that come first. Killing them helps but not needed.

As of the last update the Quest is working so far.

Another side bug with this.

If I am 100% black energy, when I ultimate lightning it doesn't remove black energy and I can spam it within the instanced kzarka area. 

Not a big deal but a nice bug.
