trying to enhancing my Liverto, but dunno what's up with that!..

it's @ +8 now, so i stacked 14, tried and failed, then again failed on 15th.. i increased the stack to 20, failed again.. increased to 25 and failed again... increased to 28, and failed again!

was actually thinking, hmmmmm, can a Liverto actually go above +8? lol 

please tell me it's just bad RNG and i would need to take a hit on the dura and just do consecutive enhancements till it succeeds.

Just bad luck.. Sell it and end your misery. Not worth your memory fragments. 

i don't wanna waste that stack on anything +13, and we don't have those "secret books" to save the stacks for later use..  so, should i use that stack on the shield then (which is at +14 atm)? or should i keep it to PRI my grunil helm or chest?

Max, if you really have +28 stacks then keep it for a DUO or even TRI attempt. It is too good to use it for PRI.

yea, i can do that.. i don't think i have anything worth spending that stack on atm.. i can try to up the Liverto to PRI with my alt and then move it to my main and attempt a DUO..

at what lvl do i get the enhancement option? the alt i have (at Velia) managing the workers/nodes is at lvl 18, but don't see the option yet..

Make sure to take your alts through the ancient cave at the beginning of the game. Going through all the quests before velia is needed

- Let’s just support players buying cheap Blacksmith armor and stacking fails on that.

- Let’s not create a system where enhancement is straight forward and rewarding.

I somewhat agree. The chances of failing without failstacks are numerous and the percentage rate is just bs. Who comes up with this stuff anyway? I mean you can sit and enhance and get 10 fails or more right in a row without failstacking which is just too much imo. Whats the purpose of making us use tons of mats and money to do this only to get greatly reduced durability. Oh wait...... just spend money in pearl shop to give you a better chance of success.

All that often makes me think whether just to focus on grind 24/7 and just buy a ready product. The problem with this approach is that the game and economy is fresh and prices are stupidly high at the moment..

Yes partially. U can buy pearl outfits for 2900 or 2200 pearls and at the Smith u can extract valks cry or cron stones from it. A 2900 outfit gives  around 31 Valk. U can stack up to 10 valks as additional fail stacks  ( that's the number after the + on Chat selection).  Of course the pearl outfit gets destroyed if u extract something from it

that's alot of money.. do you think ppl are doing that right now?

MaYbe for liverto or kzarkza. Or u buy the outfits on the central market for 30 millions as soon when someone sells it

Yes if they have a lot of real life money to burn and probably even if they don't. I extracted my extra shudad outfit from the ultimate edition since they gave us two sets. Hanging on to those valks cry for awhile till I have more ingame money to spend on buying the ones listed on the cm.

Haha I know your pain, just wait till you have 24-45 FS on main character and alts...but you are only trying to get some gear from pri to duo. Books when? ?

15 to 18 for pri 

Duo stacks are 18>30

30-50 is tri stack

this is the average a lot of people will tell u from pc however RNG is a massive pain it too me 41 fail stacks to go to +15 it happens (I know I should of saved them but at the time I really didn’t care) 

its a harsh system from duo onwards failing can done level u also, so if your duo and go for Tri and it fails your back to pri. 

Harsh as it is it’s a very rewarding system and one despite how many times it angers me I actually like.

Too many mmorpgs these days are way to forgiving and pander to people who can’t handle a bit of hard work.

I agree on the grind over dealing with enhancing. Let someone else deal with the BS.

I stopped ar +13 on my Grunils cause I hate playing the Amity game with the Altonova npc for max durability Grunil pieces so i can repair the failed enchants.  I failed +13 to +14 enchants with a +15 failstack.

Just a dumb system that pushes you to the cashshop.

With all the hate for ‘lootboxes’ in NA AAA games, what do you think the hate would be for this game if it was new and well known? My gawd...it would be crushed..

And also those saying bout extracting items from costumes it’s a complete waste of money and people that do it are stupid u jsit have to know what your doing and be patient, this game will not give everything to you instantly quicker u find peace with that more enjoyment u get out of it.

Well, with the limited loot in this game, I guess it’s justifiable to say the shitty enchance system is rewarding.

IMO other MMOs get enchanting right. Make creating the enchant expensive OR time consuming to create, but applying it is guaranteed to succeed.

I think ESO system is good. If it takes 8 stones to guarantee 100% enchant success, 7 stones is 90%, 6 stones 80%, 5 stones 70%..etc, you get the picture. Enchant fails, item destroyed. So at least if you want to take your chances, you know exactly what the odds are.

Why do u even play the amity game? It only give u a discount on grunil u still can buy them for around 700.000 silver from him without amity. There are item u need amity for but grunil isn't one of them.

Err...90k vs 700k? I don’t know? Maybe cause it’s smart to save 600k?

But now u don't have a 15 grunil cause u don't wanna play the amity game and you dont greet him until u have the amity.

Why do you say the loot is shitty ? BDO I like many other mmos doesn’t hold your hand u want something you need to earn it etc,  I get it’s not to everyone's tastes tho.

i find a lot of other mmos make things to easy it’s either game the same dungeon on repeat then enhance its all rng in every mmo, and yes bdo is the same it’s just in a different skin as there’s no raids and dungeons etc, what I love about bdo is the unpredicatablilty of the game and the fact it’s far from easy mode like some other mmos. But at the same time not forcing you to sacrifice your life to join a static in order to achieve stuff.

- There are very few set tiems in the game and only like three sets worth using.

- The sets all look bland cause PA wants you to buy outfits/costumes for looks

- The sets are all easy to get, either npc or marketplace. Completely predictable.

- Um...this mmo is one of the worst in ‘sacrificing’ your life, that’s not even comparable to standard mmos. 

- Raids and Dungeons are much more predictable and efficient for getting gear. And most have token systems that allow you to exchange gear that you don’t need or is a duplicate. Might want to look at current MMOs.

- It’s not a contest that other MMOs hold more loot, more stat variety, more build variety, ability to wield more weapons, and have more style in the look in standard loot drops. Cash shop skins don’t determine your look.

It’s a matter of western mmo vs korean mmo. BDO a style of mmo that has a aquired taste. Sushi vs Fried Chicken? Something like that.

I agree with your acquired taste comment and apologies for miss interpreting the “shitty loot”, however I have to disagree on some parts, for me the only other mmo on the market that is good is ffxiv, however in order to get the best gear you have no choice but to be in a static and this if you have a life is very limiting, people say bdo is a drain on time but it’s about managing ur time efficiently, I work full time spend a lot of time with my family and I am not struggling to keep up at all, have all my armour PRI with Pri Liverto. Ultimate +15 offhand currently asula accesories as the ones in game atm are not that great too what we get later. And I run an active guild, it’s not about the game taking time it’s aboutbusing what time u have effectively something a lot of people do not do in this mmo.

yeah gear does look trashy coz as u said they want us to part with our cash but sadly it’s the current state of mmorpgs and it won’t change. 

I wouldn't play the enhancing game with Liverto right now unless you're flushed with mem frags. If I wanted Livertro I'd be buying it at at least PRI but really just wait on Kzarka.
