Its really annoing, First it makes clicking sounds, second it spamms System chat

Yes very annoying trying to push us to accept forced pvp,  mine has been showing up for almost a month now.  Hope when we get pve server that it will stop and we can go past 50 without accepting pvp.  Here's to hoping

I'll admit that this message IS pretty annoying.

Every single time any amount of xp is earned once 49 is reached we get that annoying message...I don't need to be reminded about lvl 50 each time I catch a fish or chop a tree

You don't have to gain xp to get the message. in my experience it shows up whenever you do..well anything. 

opening a menu, talking to an npc...anything.

Agreed on this. I have a character which I keep at 49.. even if you take the quest and delete the crystal (so as to not accidentally do the quest) or if you take the quest and then abandon it but keep the crystal you still get the message..  

Yes this is driving me crazy on my lifeskiller. Even forfeiting the quest and deleting the magical item, it still keeps flashing on screen every few seconds. Wondering if I just go die a few times and decrease my level to below 49.999999 if it will stop. Anyone tried this?

Nope, spamm starts after you reach lvl 49 and never Ends until you get char to 50
