Did they add this in the new patch I cannot find it ?

Yea...its in the strangest place.
It is NOT in the Options Settings. You need to go to the Ring Menu settings, and in there towards the bottom of the items you can choose are the screen adjustments. Assign the item to a ring wheel slot and adjust back in game.
