Is this quest not available in game? I looted some pages out in hex telling me to talk to a witch researcher. Clicking on the pages does nothing, but the prerequisite is speaking to some guy laying on a bed in behr that starts this quest. Also there is a book next to him that you can interract with. Talking with him nor the book starts anything sadly.

Atreuss this quest is in the game I have finished it. It sends you to Hexe where you have to interact with some tomes and cauldrons to complete it.

Do you know who you pick the quest up from? The sleeping man in behr won't talk to me so I am assuming there is another step, but can't seem to find any other info about it. 

Sleeping man send you to the hut next ti Becker who gives kill quest for hex ?

Then the empty hut npc gives a quest from there.
