Im not sure what changes were made to the kzarka but it needs fixing still. i have an xbox one x and the framerate is horrible now compared to before, people skipping on the screen can barely move. my frames probably drop to about 10-15 from  a normal framerate.

thats strange, could it be possible i have to redownload the game if i never had this problem before?

Have you gone into setting and toggled the character optimization and hide other adventurers option? These significant helped me with the issues you mentioned.

While that helps, you end up dieng by invisible players no matter the server if you are in a guild at 5 wars their is no safe haven you either put up with the lag and risk a death or hide all players and certainly die

World PVP is disabled during the boss fight so that is not possible to be killed by invisible players. Also it seems to only apply during the boss fights so wouldn’t affect you outside of that.

World PVP is not a guild you are at war with. I did everyday at the boss either waiting for him to spawn up until the second he spawns and then immediately after he is killed , 368 GS .

All players are hidden until you leave serendia shrine if you have the option enabled
