how do the same people keep getting the kzarka drop is something broke someone has had it 4 times so far for the rarest drop in the game is a bit strange the same ppl always get it if it is the amount of dam done then that should be changed how can you have a chance if you can never get the weapon to do the damage needed anyway?

Last night i was on a server that only had 1 drop. I know the person who got it. Not well geared and dont yet know a good rotation for their class but somehow was the lucky 1 on the server.

Ive given up trying to figure out how loot is distributed.

This is from the BDO patch notes from world boss drop rate most recent changes that started in this version.  source from BDO's website

• The drop system for boss weapons has been reworked so that more Adventurers can have chances of getting them. 
  In a World Raid Boss session, Adventurers within the top 80% of damage dealing have a chance of obtaining the items. (If 100 Adventurers participated, up to 80 of them can loot the boss.)

This is weak. 

Everytime I go, it seems my spells shoot through him, so I edge closer and it doesn’t help. Then when he turns towards me, spells start to ‘impact’.

I think his hitbox is junk. The whole fight is janky, just a RNG of spell sponge. I’m sure the top dmg players have a spot where they hit 100% of the time while avoiding all the area dmg attacks. 

Which is the key, if you are always hitting, you accumulate dmg, and get into the upper tiers. That 80%. if you are late to the fight...might as well turn around.

Even if the loot chance has changed, that’s not saying you are looting a boss item drop, it’s saying a chance at the loot table drop. I highky doubt its for Liverto or Kzarka weapon boxes(?)...that would be weak.

Some people say hit him once get a kzarka, or late to the fight 10 percent left get a box, in this game you are either the whale, the RNG Carried or just us lol, soon more bosses I hope and same RNG but eventually through buying it or having it drop we will all have a boss weapon

I’ve been on time almost everyday. Always come away with ‘Hunter’s Seal’.

I just shake my head at how this is considered the pinnacle of PvE in this MMO.

It being an mmo, I'm not too annoyed that I haven't gotten anything other than a seal thus far. Could be like Destiny throwing the best stuff at you for the sake of it, and where's the fun in that? 

But I have noticed the same names pop up quite frequently. Which leads me to believe I probably won't get one unless I get extremely lucky, but that's cool. There'll be more world bosses soon, with the Valencia update.

Ive yet to figure out the loot system as well. I ended up getting a kzarka drop last week and im also an under geared player i have 112ap and 150dp. It was quite strange how i got it to.I was with my guild and we went there kzarka spawned in and i lagged a ton couldnt do anything i threw a few punches at him cause im a striker and then i died. I got the death message that i wasnt going to recieve a penalty for dieing at kzarka. and i went back in and he was dead and i looted him to find a pair of kzarka gaunlets. I tried going there with full luck and the +20% drop rate and nothing but hunter seals. So im kinda stomped how i got it.

But from what  understand from what i heard. I think its so many top damage players are guaranteed a good drop and then the rest is random.

Well got to kill mudster today on the wizard.

He lit up blue when I used lightning, a visual hint I am landing hits.

Got gold bars today with about the same crowd and 4 deaths at the end which I trouble shooted.

Kzarka does not let me hit him like this guy did, feels like I am low damage because it just doesn't land and it tanks my chances.

How did the server tell you the world boss spawned? You have to have chat up?

There is an emote at the top of the screen, and chat does talk about it. 

See people say val 1 or 2 or 3 and even if I am on a different number I can score a few gold bars.

Killed dim tree today and i am starting to think kzarka is either immune to damage for me 70% of time or there is an issue with the hit box.

3 gold bars and i couldnt see other people and died once. Went afk for a baby bottle and guess he shifted on top of me.

Wizard spells on Kzarka? Yea...mine seem to pass right through him. When i shoot closer to the floor where he is, seems to connect.

No headshots work here.

This this this.  Usually when you hit there is a brief color change.  That's the indication that it hits.  I have also noticed spells go right through him...OFTEN.  I don't even bother anymore because I usually lag die at least once or twice during the fight as well and walk away with a single hunter's seal.  Total waste of time.

Witches/Wizards are probably the best class to do Kzarka on. If you're not doing any damage then you're doing it wrong by most likely being too far away from him. 

Easiest way to tell if you're hitting him is to check for back hits/critical to pop on the screen or just make sure your reticle is red so you know you're close enough. 

Not getting the red cross hairs even when standing in the middle of room. I understand the range of my spells.

I will try the feet though, plus the red circles dont pop up very well for me , knock me down and might kill me if I forget to heal.

I've seen the same person get kzarka 2 days in a row now theres gotta be something more to it then just RNG. You mean to tell me 2 weeks of being top damage it doesnt even give a liverto but these guys are winning rng lottery everyday. Doubtful

I hope your joking.. because it almost seems that way... I know the same people are getting it all the time I wouldnt doubt some people have gotten it upwards of 10 times because it does say their name and it's the same couple people all week. Even if it was 5% drop rate for highest tier that's like one in a billion chance of getting it over and over

EU server has same people dropping Kzarka periodically. I know two people who deal truckload of damage  and most of the times they attend the boss I see their names tied to the kzarka box..

I do Kzarka on my ALT and the most I got is MoS, and 2 x Liverto - this means I have to be somewhere in the middle of damage bracket and I probably won't get kzarka at all.

If this is true then the entire BOSS ALT system can be scrapped. 

I preordered the gauntlet for my striker but this seems very fishy to me.. 

I wish he was dropping latent aura, at this point a lot of players will be forced to save and buy one

I don't understand how some of you can't hit the boss. I've never not been able to hit him on my Ranger, of course not including his period of invulnerability when using his meteor attack. 

The problem doesn't seem to lie with the boss himself, more a combination of server stability, and your network stability. 

 My biggest gripe is the lag fest. I know everyone is dealing with it... but trying to get a rotation down to be in top dps is near impossible. It never looks like I'm hitting them and randomly die with no indication of him using ability. I played PC for a long time... so I know the fights. I rarely died on PC, but theres times I instant rez on xbox to have it sit there and do nothing. Then it happens and I'm dead again. It did it 4 times in a row the other day. 

I do shut off the other player visibility. No, I'm not using McDonald's wifi.

I haven't even been to kzarka since the new times came out. I guess I was able to make one time over the weekend but that's about it. Feels really bad

Why the off topic lol. We're talking about the drops, this is not the post to rant about boss timers. 

and now the same people who get kzarka drops all the time get 2 ogre rings in 2 drops WTF is with this game i wouldnt mind but these guys already have max AP DP and dont need them

with the drops at 0.0001% with lvl 10 node its 0.001% still and to get 2 in a row must be 1 in a billion chance but coincidentally the ones with max AP/DP possible atm are getting all the best drops is way fishy

Well yeah, those with more DPS are higher on loot table. (There’s a post somewhere about top 35% or something).  Everyone else get the Dumb and Dumber ‘so you’re saying I have a chance.’  Still, 2 in a row....someone should have bought a lotto ticket instead with that luck.
