“This update will also allow you to enhance the Asula’s Crimson Eye Accessory set. Enhancing Asula’s accessories is similar to enhancing other accessory sets, in that you need two of the same item in order to attempt enhancing them. If the enhancement fails, the items will be destroyed.”
So just to be clear...
- We can now enhance the Asula Rings, Earrings, and necklace
- You need two of the same type of item to attempt an enhance with the BS. (Ie two rings or two necklaces or two earrings)
- You can enhance to +5 on any Asula accessory (PEN)
- If the upgrade fails, tou lose both Asula items and have to start over. So if you pushed a Asula Ring to TET, it can be destroyed on a enhance attampt to PEN.
This sound about right?
(will save my opinions on this silly enhancement system for another day)
That is correct.
Although if it's the same as the pc version they are not worth enhancing AT ALL since the benefits you get even at PEN are ridiculous. Same AP, 3more DP and 4accuracy.
They are pretty good as is and allow you to farm for higher tier ones.
Don’t waste any FS on those.

Whaaa? Damn...I will pass.
I thought these had the same success rate as green accessories/sealed magical items. I have a bunch so I'm going to slam PRI at 5 fs and DUO at 10 for the accuracy buff at DUO.
already have 2 rings, went farming helms yesterday and got 2 weakened rings drop, enhanced both my rings to PRI on the first go. >.<
This isn't correct at all. It's 70% success chance to PRI on these and they require a Weakened version of the accessory that drops seperate.
This isn't right. The upgrade chances are wayyy easier. ALSO don't even bother wasting FS and silver on upgrading them.

No. Read the patch notes. The weakened are a trade-in path. You don’t need the weakened version for enchanting, but can use the, if you want to collect them as mats for the enchant.
We have also added the Asula’s Weakened Magic Accessory which you can use to trade for the Asula’s Crimson Eye accessories
Asula's Weakened Magic Accessory can be used for Asula's Crimson Eye Accessory enhancement material.

Ok...it was a question, not a statement.
i will update Op.
Someone post the stats you have for a PEN?
I got the necklace to pri and duo with 5 and 10 fs on my first attempt. Failed 2 pri attempts on the earring. Got the ring to pri and failed duo.
Wont let me smash 2 asulas pieces together are you sure it's the same pieces or different ones...?

Go to the alchemist in Tarif. You trade one Asula piece for 2 weakened Asula pieces. Then you smash the weakened and the regular together to enhance. It's nice because it gives you more tries.
A lot of people **** on the idea of upgrading these but looking at the duo stats and the how easy they are to upgrade I 100% think it's worth it. The rings (7ap, 4dp, 2ap vs. monsters, 2acc and 4dr) and necklace (11ap, 4dp, 2ap vs. monsters, 2acc and 4dr) at duo are pretty good. If I was going to keep 3 of the set for the 300hp they would be the ones I'd choose.
Losing the 20 accuracy blows but if you're running a acc offhand, boss weapon or RCE I think it's fine. And ofc if you have something like Bhegs it's also fine.
These are the full increase of TRI of full Asula Set:
Asula Set Upgrade Example: TRI
- TRI Asula Set AP: +45
- TRI Asula Monster Only AP: +18
- TRI Asula Set DP: +19
- TRI Damage Reduction: +19
- TRI Accuracy: +32
- TRI Max HP: 350
- TRI Weight Limit: 100LT
We can see from this example that the biggest problem with upgrading the Asula set is that the AP upgrades only apply to monsters. Sorry PVP players! But that's less of a problem for those still grinding out their gear and uninterested in PVP. With upgrading the Asula Set, you get bonuses to monster AP, Accuracy, DP, and DR.
