Saiyer is very PVP and DP oriented. Oros is full ham AP if you need it. Roaring will be the middle ground and will cost you ZERO to make.
If you PVP a lot or face some PK ganks while grinding go with Saiyer. If you just want to boost your AP (which is good early on)then go with Oros. If you don't have money to get any of them to DUO/TRI then go Roaring.

The issiue with oros is the zero accuracy, granted it isnt problem if the rest of your gear has enough

Depends what your cashflow is like i suppose, i refuse to spend if i dont have to, and roaring dim knot is only a few point AP less than oros at pri

Sayier will be your friend for a very long time. In some cases it will even beat Nouver (Knot from Valencia World Boss).
His massive accuracy will help a lot against evasion builds.
But what the guys here writing is right. Saiyer for PVP and Oros for PVE. If you have a TRI Kzarka and TRI Bhegs, you can stay on Oros since they will provide enough accuracy.
