Hello when we put guild skill points in accuracy or damage reduction that does not increase and we lose our points! The harvest and the PA works but no idea for the others.

I put 1 point in my fishing and it doesn't show on my profile like adding pets with fishing do.
I was curious if 1 man guilds didn't have skills activate without a set number.
Did the points to buy increase or did it remain the same. Mine increased even with no effect.

Not that it does not increase it stays level 1 and it spends the points
