I have a German Shepherd. She is Level 10. For-Like-EVER. How do i get her higher. Can we increase their their?

Lv10 is max. 

Tried increases it you smash two of the same type pets.

In a way.

Two tier 1 pets make 65% tier 2, and 45% tier3

Three tier 1 pets make tier 3

I have 4 tier 4 pets, they loot super quick but costed me well over 100$ not to mention the ones I bought every 2 days when game launched 

Now I have waited 8 days for a pet off cm

do you need to have them at level 10 to increase the chances of success to a higher tier? or lvl doesn't affect chance?

i.e. (smashing 2x tier 1 at lvl 0) vs (smashing 2x tier 1 at lvl 10)

Wrong. You will have the same chances at the next tier up regardless of level.

i smashed 2 tier 1 pets (lvl 1) and got tier 3 pet.. smashed tier 2 and tier 1 (both lvl 10) and got tier 3 pet.

now i have 2x tier 2, 2x tier 3.. and i'm thinking if i should smash them to get tier 4, or just carry on with them 4.

You may have noticed the chances didn't increase for their levels. You got lucky for sure. I bought the Turtle pack last night, figured I'd try my luck at just that and another T1 to save some money, and got a T2. 

Bought another T1 to smash into it, and it stayed t2. That's my luck ?

I'd say keep em all at T3. You'll be getting a lot more bonuses with 4 t3s than 1 t4

yea, didn't see any increased chance of having them at max level. so, the info you provided is still valid.

my only problem now is the tier 2 fogan, there isn't anything available to smash him with. maybe i overlooked.

I don't have that pet, so idk much about it. 

But, stating something you probably already know, but just in case, it has to be the same type of pet. So, like Classics can only be smashed into other Classics, and Limited with other Limited, but you can't do Classic into Limited.

and on top of that, classic dogs can be smashed with classic cats apparently.. 

the fogan i believe is a Limited pet (came with the Ultimate edition), so not sure what to do.

Ah, well the crow that was on sale recently was limited, but it's gone now. Don't think there are any other limited pets on sale rn, so for the moment you're stuck with whatever tier your fogan is. 

There are 3 kinds of pets = classic, limited  and event. The fogan is a event (reach lvl 30 in the beta). U can only upgrade a pet with the same kind

Hedgehog was a limited as well. To get him to t4 I had to smash crows into him as the only other limited in game.

Used the large supply of penguins to level a cat and bird depending on what I need. People aren't selling pets so that isn't a good option now.
