in short the issue stems from what seems like a loadin error or rendering bug that causes a crash 
my character called "MrWhyBother" was participatin in a red nose event on serendia 2 and I logged out before finishing (note I respawned at a nearest node before I logged out) now it states my character will spawn at western guard camp but when I try to log in it just loads slowly and seems to crash after the bar is finished by attempting to render the world but it stutters and then proccedes to crash my entire game thus leading me to reload the whole thing and start the cycle over but its only that character as the others are loading fine in other areas I first noticed the issue at 19:38 uk time.  any help on the matter would be appreciated as it renders my game unplayable since I only had one set of gear to use which is on the bugged character my family name is "whybother" thank you

14 hrs later still happening any solutions ?

Try to delete savedata of game, reserved space round 4GB, but that resets all gamesettings to default, ringmenusettings on all chars too
