Yeah, I'm not sure what the issue is with the Pet Exchange. I just saw the in-game notification last night.

There will be no compensation. Why do people like you always demand compensation?! 

Would you rather they leave it active and bugged? What if you went to exchange your hedgehog and just lost all pets involved with no new one? Would you still say it's better then? 

Depends what was the problem - if there was lower t4 chance than stated I want compensation for my 3 failed attempts.

I use 11 pet combo for my t4.

3 3 3 2 or 2 2 2 2 3. I smash t1 in pairs and if I get more t2 I use step 2.

Passed all 4 including my hedgehog. But this was the day it came out.

It sounds like no one knows what the issue is. For all speculating, the reason it was disabled is that you are currently unable to choose a skill to keep from your current pets before you exchange them. This can be bad if people have desirable buffs that they want to keep, such as a combat exp +5% one. 

When are they going to fix this damn pet exchange PA are so slow at fixing stuff its unbelievable BUT if the Pearl Store went down it would be fixed within the hour
