What's the recommend minimum GS to start getting into pvp. I remember on Voice of Adventures stream Shirna said If you didn't have to be super geared to start conquest and have fun you just have to be able to last at least 10mins to receive the small prize or something like that.

You will get all types of answers. It depends wear you farming in my opinion. If you at catfish low gs. If you trying to do sausans or pirates high gs cause thats wear most geared players are. It should be enjoyable regardless now because we are stuck at tri being the highest upgrade for weapons/armor so unless someone is enhancing to get tet accessories you still have a chance. I dont there is a certain level to hit just to enjoy because you never know who you will run into at a grind spot. Just my opinion. Flag up win or die and respawn great practice lol

Thanks for the help, I'm talking about minimum GS for Conquest and Node wars not world pvp though. Cause I'm a guild master and we are currently only a pve guild but want to do both. Would you think anywhere from 350 and up is enough to start getting our feet wet in node wars and conquest?

Max attendance per node and team work is the key. If you can't bring the max participants possible for a node, you better hide your tower good or go for a node that nobody else aims for

350 + for t1 and t2s. 400+ for t2s t3s. T3-5 filled with 425-450+ 

T5 is your conquest  we have no castles yet so they call them t5s

Node wars so quiet right now just jump in. Dont wait. Youd be surprised how you do

Here's my opinion, likely to be highly unpopular and I'm likely to be proven wrong on many points here, but I don't really care.

Expect to get smacked down by the larger guilds who have GS:500(+/-) within milliseconds. I knew the game was up when I got to level 35 on day 4 of the game's release and saw all the wars and smacktalk... I hadn't even gotten anywhere near level 50 and I realised quickly that there's absolutely no point doing competitive PvP unless you fancy a bit of GTA Online... and if you do, go play that instead. 

If you want to PvP, you have to 'get good' and no matter whatever anyone says, your GS is never going to be good enough. They've got bigger gear than you, bigger friends than you and more of them than you do. You might think you're the best and want to be the next Ichigo Kurosaki or Ash Ketchum, but you're not. Unless they all die of Energy Drink & Pizza overdose, give it up and screw all that.

If, like me, you don't have the time, energy or enthusiasm to deal with all that shallow bull, then just focus on your questing and have fun with a group of friends. Go fishing or figure out some Alchemy... relax and take your time. Let them club each other to death while you cook an omelette. 

I was about to mention the arenas and how they don't pose much risk, but then I remembered that big guilds like to haunt those too... not all big guilds are bad; some are actually quite friendly and supportive of PvE-Only players. There are some bad eggs that like to sit on the sidelines, record names and hunt down 'weaklings' for the sheer murderous thrill of it, though. Those are the ones I don't like. 

Get GS:500, then you might survive five seconds. Maybe. Until then, keep your head down.

There are some fair points here. Ill break it down to this. Yes there will be players who will delete your before you even know what's going on. It won't happen much though. Grind at places suitable for your gear score. You'll find most players will be around the same GS as you. Just about all the good players are at pirates/sausans,so they won't be at many of the intermediate spots to bother you. Mind you, anywhere with blue accessories dropping. You will find the super high GS players. Just have to find the suitable spots for you, and you can find competitive pvp fun. That all being said, after this event with all the free shards/hards. You should be able have at least all pri gear. Not everyone is rolling full boss gear tri. There are many players around your level, but, many above. A quick litmus test that takes a moment, if your feeling a little hesitant. If someone is encroaching on your grind spot, take a second or two to see how fast he's clearing mobs. If it's similiar to yours, flag up and enjoy. Don't expect tyour gonna win em all. But the best way to get better is to simply keep throwing yourself at pvp situations.
