Yeah, happens pretty often when you need Stacks

Yeah upgrading gear is a main reason why people quit, its like they dont people to play the game

I bought 500 armor stones for that session. And got all the way down to like 70 before. That happened and I just cut my Xbox off lol. Only got above a 20 FS like twice. I would complain about this enhancement system. But PA doesn’t give a damn so reblath and a lame way to implement longevity it is.

Yup just pretty much half my guild. I'm down to 16 people I removed about 10-12 people for being in active for 3 weeks. First thing I check was there contribution points. Most were less than 50 contribution points. A lot of people just stop playing. 

20 is a bit high for reblath, i can recommend stop at about 16, will prevent a lot of Stacks from blowing

Yup, they want you to spend $$ on pearl shop outfits for Valk's Cry

This is why I never fail stack during hot time, I can't build stacks during then. I usually go for fs in the afternoon.

Yeaaaah I love BDO but the gear enhancement system is honestly the worst I’ve seen in any game/MMO I’ve played to date. It leaves a sour taste in my mouth cause it was obviously created to encourage the purchase of pearls.

I'm sitting at 2 characters with 40+ fails and 7 with 30+ fails trying to go tri on my yuria staff.......and still at duo lol. I'm not complaining though, those fails will come in handy once I finally get some boss gear. If I'm still sitting at duo when Valencia releases ill just buy a tri yuria or Liverto off the market for the ap needed for the desert.

I have like 20+ sharps and 50+ hards atm as well so it shouldn't be a problem, just hoping to get a lucky drop between now and next Wednesday to use those stacks on instead

U dindt play many right? Hahaha because many of mmorpg your item is gone if fails.. Bdo is one of the best enchant system in my opnion,

Nah I’ve played just about every major one with quite a few smaller ones on between and none has an enhancement system with such heavy rng in place. Still love the game, just not a jaded fanboy.  But we all have our own opinions, some worst than others apparently hahaha

what other MMO games do you enchant on ive played many and never enchanted anything like this game most are just about getting better gear

Lineage 2 comes to mind. Pretty sure I've seen similar systems in other eastern mmos but it's been a decade+ since I played them. He's right about other similar systems just exploding your gear. Here that's limited to accessories.

I've had a similar experience to OP, but I don't think the whole system is broken.  I just think people are forgetting the maxing out gear is supposed to take a long time. We're on a super fast timeline compared to pc. Even with this system a lot of my guild is 400+, and many of us are 450+. Getting from all +15 to all TRI took me about two weeks, and that's with leveling a Liverto thrown in.

You can avoid a lot of the pain of the enhancement system by using Cron stones for TRI+ once your chance to succeed gets to 25 or 30%. It might be expensive, but do the math on the silver value of failstacking and re-leveling. Sometimes you can break even but save a lot of time even buying the Crons from the vendor.  For normal armor, consider force enhancing to TRI. The hards are not that expensive, just keep preorders up for both kinds.

Just remember, it's supposed to take months of grinding. That's what eastern mmos do.

I’m still stuck on the fact this guy actually said “BDO has one of the best enhancement systems” 

I know it’s subjective but holy **** talk about a terrible opinion. 

Bruh people have been telling PA since release that their enhancing system sucks. They don’t care. Photos here show them saying NA version of BDO wouldn’t include valks cry. Look what happened with that. They don’t give a damn. Long as we still swiping them cards all is well.

Only for Accessories, Gear never drops enchantement level.

I always Reblath to 25. Key is to have multiple items which you enchant and only do like 15+ FS on the +14 Reblath while doing the low ones on other piece. Still it does cost a ton and you gotta be prepared to have plenty of BS to back it up. Going to TRI from 0 is about ~500 BS

2% 0 failstack on reblath and it goes to +15 no problem, 70% success rate for sealed earrings and it fails 3 times in a row? This game is F U C K I N G cancer bro I’m done.

This is why I use horse gear instead for failstacking. You need a pretty good worker empire to do it but if you hit +10 (highest horse gear goes) then at least you got some good gear for a alts horse. 

My iron set just hit +10 after building 9 +30 stacks so now I'm working on a steel set for my trade crate horse 

+15 on reblath/milita, +20 on +9 horsegear, +26-29 trying to duo green armor

after that I'm not sure. The only way I've built stacks past that is failing duo accessories/tri green gear that I actually wanted to hit.

Such replies always make me want to punch a hole in my screen. This game is here since 2015ish and is not going anywhere and it's not dying any time soon only because few individuals are vocal about how unrewarding the enchantment system is. Deal with it or buy already upgraded gear  - problem solved.
