When I try to complete Marking Your Target (Riot Suppression Order 2/4) I get a "Character does not exist" error.
Am I doing something wrong?

Click it multiple times. Happens sometimes because the interaction time is interrupted for some reason, could be latency, lag, whatever.

Still not working for some reason. I get the same error when I click the Feast elsewhere in Calpheon for another quest.

When they added missing npcs that patch in calpheon, they broke several item npcs like the water fountain and feast too, but the silk npc is ok.
It's on the known bug list, just like the pamphlet guy in front of kalis parliament.
