That isn't how the CM works on raising the price. Items have to stay "sold" out with out a lot of traffic to raise the prices. Also im 90% sure PA is throttling the enchantment mats to make sure we dont get 8mil Sharps and 3 mil memory fragments. 

Good example is Boss Gear - rarely sold, always pre ordered, price raises ~3x it's original list price: 89m to 259m 

Stones actually sit and get sold quite often so it cannot raise in price because we don't have a drought where nothing gets posted.
