I have been WAITING to buy something in the pearl store.  I could end up spending TONS of money in the pearl store because I love this game but I never buy things until they are on sale or there is some must have item.  Every single store update I have been checking.  The items in the pack are just NOT worth it...even on sale.  They are filled with 1 to 2 items you want and a bunch of junk.  Usually an outfit and a pet.  The cost of the pack is the exact cost of the outfit and the pet.  So basically you are paying for 2 things you want at the regular price and you get a bunch of junk for free.

The latest pack is the first exception to the rule.  You get a $29 outfit and $10 pet for $33.  This is more like it.  On the other hand, the rookie pack is an example of how NOT to structure these packs.  You get a pet, some food, tears, and exp scrolls for $9.95.  The pet alone is $10.  The other stuff is just filler.  You either need to discount more or add better filler.

I would love to see better discount packs.  Once I do I will start unloading my xbox account balance.

I felt the rookie pack for 4000 Pearls they released not to long ago was pretty solid. I forgot all it came with but I know I got a 30 day value pack, per, 16 plus inventory and 15 of each Kamasylve Blessing and Sealed combat. This is very extensive and a lot of bang for 40 bucks. All the same saying 40 for all this is still somewhat painful lol
