The game has not started since maintenance. I'm not getting an error message yet. The game stops immediately after startup.

I am in the  EU too but as I wrote on another post.  

Yes same here Server information is being retrieved(503) message when trying to sign into Black Desert Online.  Oh well guess I will go play something else.

But I can confirm a friend who lives in the same town as me is online and playing so not sure what is going on because I keep getting the message.

Getting server error too now, was in game but it crashed so I rebooted xbox now cant get in.

Still no response to these issues....

Did clear cache and removed reserved space. Is this being worked on and is there a expected update soon ?

No response im getting same issue now, game crashed now can't connect and their support is a joke.

I am in the UK and I have the exact same problem I did everything I normally would but no luck, does anybody know of anyone to contact over it?

I keep getting server disconnections too

started after the maintenance, can't stay logged in for 15 minutes at a time

I get error messages say side server error I can't play and it's like 4 days now
