Fixed it myself atm ingame.
1. Delete reserved game space (manage addons and games > reserved space delete)
2 Hold power button 10 seconds clear cache
3. Restart xbox it will start update the says: failed or stuck on validating if this happens, keep doing Step 1 (only step one remove reserved space) until it says download complete restart game.

Is it still stuck for you guys? ive tried everything and no matter what it always get stuck on verifying or fails to download completely....

I installed this on my Xbox and it said additional information failed to install or something. So I uninstalled then reinstalled and reset my Xbox and cleared the data for the game and everything. Now it's stuck on patch data is now being verified.
