Sooo I'm having some issues with BDO, involving Maids/Butler's and Transfusion. 

1.) I got both Ethan and the maid from the black spirit. I summoned them and they didn't show.. what gives??

2.) I have armor with two slots and I equipped two of the crystals to the right section of armor (helm crystals with helm slots) and it doesn't give me the option to transfuse 

Can someone share some insight?

1) I'm unsure, might just be a bug. 

2) if they're equipped on the armor piece, they ARE transfused. Equipping = Transfusion. 

Hope that helps. 

Bring up black spirit and select transfusion, the item you want to put crystals in must have crystal slots.

The transfusion response is exactly what I needed. I'll make sure to post the butler/maid issues in bugs.

What do u Mena u summoned them? U get them from the black spirit. Then u activate them and they appear in your maid list (Lt+ d-up then on the radial menu the symbol on the bottom (six o clock)

Yeah I had a few confused friends who dndt know that they are like pets and have a own place where u can manage them. U can call them every 20 minutes and there are 2 kinds of maids. One for the Cm and one for the storage. Both can move a stack of 100 weight or a single item. The storage maid give u access on the storage of the main city (capital?) in which region u are currently. For example when u stand near glish it will give u the storage of heidel because heidel is the main city of serendia (serendia is the whole area below heidel and a little bit right and left).
