All my friends get againt aprentice box and new daily items(kuku for example) but i dont get nothing i need know why...

Do they happen to be in a guild? If so they'll be getting the guild attendance rewards.

it is a new reward for new / beginning players they only get about a 10 day micro reward to help boost them into the game. 

If you have been playing more than 30 days or before they started this reward you will not get anything. 

 Well I have friends who have been playing for more than 30 days and I have given them the new reward and the box

I have been off for two days and got the welcome back rewards too

well i have been playing for 88 days now, I only log out when the servers come down. I only have 2 reward tabs: Guild, and Loyal. 

so what ever their status is the either have "new" or "returning" status.
