So my value pack has run out, but I have a few 7 day and a 30 day on my main. The problem is I now can't log my main on as every time I try the game crashes to the dashboard. All my other characters login fine. I've tried hard reset, even uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck. I've also submitted a ticket and posted a tweet with no luck so any help if any would be great.

Having the same issue as OP.  Game crashed on July 3rd. Since then, trying to load my main character makes the game crash and close but all my other characters will load normally. 

So to fix this.

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller
2. Select My games & apps
3. Highlight Black Desert and click the menu button on your controller
4. Select Manage game & add-ons
5. Scroll down to Saved Data
6. Select Black Desert
7. Select Clear reserved space

This worked with no problems.

No problem. You might find that you have to set up your ring menus again, but it's a small price to pay to be able to play your main again.
