While the heal are amazingly good having to 1 be rather close range and 2 come to a complete stop to use skills puts a massive negative mark against this class. Heal skills should be able to be used on the run especially for a class with no block ability. the dome shield they cast lasts 5 seconds "10 to 20 would be more realistic for a 5 min cool down" and they are immobile while doing it another failure I would point out either make its range larger or allow them to move while casting it. They really shouldn't  have to sit there the whole time. Just my opinion on creating a viable and better class.

Well one of her heals lasts for a minute and can be recast as soon as it ends. the other is a burst heal. havent gotten to use her shield yet but its more for use in a group. though i agree some of the deffensive skills should last a bit longer.

i get that Demon but  the wizard and witch don't have to stop moving to heal like the Shai does the mechanic is just clunky and not fluid  you should be able to run past and just cast the heal not stop and present yourself as a target.

Well thats one of the good things about her heal over time. It should almost always be active. Which are you talking about group combat? If so your team should be able to keep them busy for the short time it takes to cast either. She is one of the more mobile class's, like a lahn sorceress or darknight.

I think the heal over time skill in group PVP is more or less usless, the Big heal, is stacionary and the CD is long range is short, her shield +10 DP and - 10DP over 300 DP doesnt matter at all. She has one viable CC.

Thats it. In overall the class feels unfinished, with no effort put in her at all, Support skills CD way too long if we count in that she has 0 damage in PVP. Hope they fix all issues with her in awakening. 

For grinding shes pretty good, also for self sustain. for group support is not that great at all rn.
