My Microsoft account is nukeandglow1976@outlook.com. I purchased pearls for the first time July 8th. I didn't think I got these items because I couldn't find in game. I filed a refund with Microsoft but later saw where they were located. I then bought two more pearl backs. I was happy I found out where to find them ingame but am now getting a error code BEC_001/190 saying to repurchase game. I got the game from game pass. Can someone help me I just dropped money like $80 in all on pearls. So do players get banned here because the game interface is better for computer than console? It took me forever to see I had to get from mail and then the pearls were in a box in a different location. Honest mistake, don't ban me.....Game name is nukeandglow.  

I just spent 45 minutes talking to Microsoft, made me uninstall game, reset Xbox ect nothing... They said contact pearl abyss and I guess that's here.  Is this what they mean to write here, cause I don't see a pearl abyss customer service number to call or where to make a ticket with pearlabyss?

Did you recieve a refund the first time from Microsoft? If you did most likely your error code is that of a ban. Submit a ticket on the website with the info. They'll tell you what it's for and how to be reinstated. Make sure to clarify your user errors with the purchase. They should unban if this is the case. Don't be surprised if they try and make you fork up for purchase that was refunded. 

My account was suspended after ms refunded my account for being hacked, I've got the items from the ms store now, sent a ticket with the receipts so just waiting for a reply.

Just rebuy the Pearls you got a refund for and you'll be good. I had the same issue. Dont open it if you see it in your pearl inventory though.
