My Microsoft account is nukeandglow1976@outlook.com. I purchased pearls for the first time July 8th. I didn't think I got these items because I couldn't find in game. I filed a refund but later saw where they were located. I then bought two more pearl backs. I was happy I found out where to find them ingame but and now getting a error code BEC_001/190 saying to repurchase game. I got the game from game pass. Can someone help me I just dropped money like $80 in all on pearls. This game was difficult to find where my pearls were located, mailbox then inventory...it was honest mistake. After I learned how to obtain my pearls I bought more the same day. I would like to keep playing this game, my game id is nukeandglow. I called Microsoft and talked for and hour with no help and they said contact pearl abyss.
