If you accept a Challenge Reward while your inventory is full, the reward just disappears. Checked both mail and storage, its just gone. Make sure your inventory has space before you did what I did.

i think it goes under the locked slot, remove some stuff from ur bag, unsort/sort, check for ur missing item.
