Hi, i was upgrading an epheria rod and after upgrade it to +8 and go to use valks to continue upgrading, it was again at +7. I continued upgrading it until +9 and after change class to use 50 failstack it was at +7 again in the storage. Also after this i checked the silver and noticed that i lost 9 million silver sent from the leader guild. I tried to log to open a ticket but i cant...

Not sure the exact details of your situation. However I can tell you while enhancing fishing rods past 7+ there is a chance they will degrade. Say for example your rod is at +8 and it fails, it can then drop back to +7. Usually it's easier to force enhance from 8 to 10.
