While playing I was disconnected and have not been able to log back in. The quote given is "Disonnected from Black Desert servers. Please try again. [BEC_000/800C0019]". I have tried closing game and restarting xbox etc. Has anyone else had this issue?

Same with me but i was trying to login it's effecting everyone who hasn't signed in yet

I was already logged in though. It kicked me while I was in game, and then gave this. Guildies still in game though?

Yeah I'm having the same issue. I tend to stay logged into the game for 24+ hrs a day either doing things or afk fishing.

All I did was sell my fish and disconnect so I could get my mail one I relogged. But got hit lol. Look forward to enjoying bdo again once things are fixed!

Hard to figure out how to submit a help ticket for Xbox 

Same problem here. I restarted my Router to update my DNS and/or IP. I can connect to the game now. Hope this help someone else.

After reinstalling bdo on my xbox I jumped right in. Dunno if it's fixed or if it's a log in timer. But whatever happened I'm thankful. ;3 look out fishies!
