I have no statistics. I have no insider information. I am however starting this thread with the statement "The game FEELS emptier".

I play on Balenos 2, and as most can attest its one of the largest and busiest servers since launch. With the exception of a short period after the Gamepass update, it seems the servers have slowly dwindled in population. For the first time in months, primetime kzarka didnt hit enough people to trigger the character clip code. I can count on one hand the amount of times I've been contested hunting in the past few months. Aside from a burst during ninja release, there has been a noticable decrease in server activity - and I think I know why.

Kamasylve didnt hit its roadmap projection, but it may have without the impromptu addition of the shai, and ninja classes. Granted, the ninja msy have been requested, but I've heard far more requests for mystic and tamer than ninja... but it happened anyway. People are becoming impatient. And now the announcement of Archer with Kama after a stream saying releases would be in order of popularity is causing people to say "WTF". They're not happy grinding on classes they dont plan on maining. Theyre sick of lifeskilling in substandard environments and mechanics when they were promised more. Where's Magoria for the fishers? Epheria sailboats? T8 horses? Halfway decent CP cooking rewards?

Instead they have been given events that crashed the economy in the name of closing the gap, classes that at best were midway down the list making them feel unheard, and everyone knows that the gender counterparts of existing classes like Mystic, Valkyrie, and Kuno could be given out yesterday - but they're strung along instead. They have little to grind for, little to lifeskill for, and little chance of upgrading through the CM while the economy of grind oulets like seraps, crescents, and basilisk belts is shattered.

People are not happy to wait any longer, and I find myself being one of them. My guild's attendance, which was possibly the largest PvE casual guild in game, is now down to half their normal size from lack of interest in what BDX is offering.

The roadmap shows generic things that everyone wants, but is dangerously ambiguous. "6 new classes!" Be careful you dont remind everyone that there are only six remaining. "Kamasylve!". Be careful you dont remind everyone its already two months overdue. "T8 horses!" Be careful you dont mention that hundreds of players went broke and sacrificed a lot of playtime chasing after those T8s because they were assured it already existed.

You want to retain players, breathe new life into the game, increase playerbase, and bring back those who have went on indefinite afk? Lotsa pearl money there. This is how you do it: release the classes the players want immediately. This will stimulate trade of existing items while people jump between them finding where they can "be their true selves". Reassess Patrigios prices. 480m for Nouver boxes will never sell, nor will 700m for a base Dandelion. Ive seen both. Open the golden key code and chests to put engine driven currency back in the environment. The taxation has taken far too much out for peoples pocketbooks to recover while they don't feel like grinding coins back into existence... so trade has halted.

Then, give PvPers better rewards outside of node and conquest. Increase rewards for the almost-defunct red battlefield. This should bring fresh blood into pvp, and entice downtime pvp from nodewar fighters.

Give lifeskillers some better QOL increases. Moon farms, Magoria and sailing have a faster impact than dream horses.

Forget new world bosses while we didnt even bring enough to the ones we have. Forget Dreighan while we're going to be new to Kamasylve for months while other players get GS closer to 450 let alone softcap. They have no chance in this economy and it needs fixed or you risk cutting the roots of the game and letting the top GSers be alone in a dead world.

Reassess the roadmap. Bring more classes than just the archer on the 14th. Scrap ambitious development on the roadmap before you run right over content that needs to settle first. Fix the economy. Bring your players back.

TLDR; You're losing playerbase... somethings got to change.

And the dust storms, and we are running out of french fries and burrito coverings!

Are you EU? Sounds like it's dying over there, PS4 was always more popular there. But I doubt they will make sweeping changes to their plans to salvage a much smaller region. But hey you should apply for a position at PA, sounds like you got all the answers.

Well i had to stop playing almost two months ago due to some real life stuff. Left with full tri boss Gear and duo yellow accs, yet i dont feel too much behind since then.

I had the daily routine of life skilling to earn these 100/200 mil and as it looks right now, i would still be doing it because there is nothing new since i left ?

Id lie if id say i read this whole thing

Psht. Just because people you've spoken to want Tamer and Mystic, doesn't mean they were the most voted options in the poll. 

Clearly Ninja was, followed by Archer. We won't know what came third until it releases, but it would make sense to be one of the two you mentioned, or even Maewha, which is another I see requested a lot. 

But again, we won't know until it happens.

I would like to see more added in the loyalty added in pearl shop.  I feel the 400-500 dollars I've spent on the game is enough.  Why not let me spend some of my loyalty points for worth while items.  Similar to the PC's loyalty items.  Starting to feel a little dirty.  Games starting to treat me like one of my ex-girfriends.  More Money Please!  I'm giving more than receiving.  Ooooh another mem frag.  wooo hoo!!!  Told a fellow  gamer co-worker about the $50 dollar tent I have.  He got a kick out that.   Any feel like some virtual camping this weekend?  BTW  he got the vibe that I make a lil more $$$ than he does lol.

Are with loyality, have played cince early Access, and spend only few hundert of loyality points on some event items. Pet for 5k is kinda useless, costume for 10k is only for 6 Starter classes, also useless too. Where are loyality lt? And pearl Shop they keep adding useless costumes and more useless "discount" packs, where are Brand stones and tailoring Coupons, where are Port epheria pearl logging and warehouse slots?

Firstly, it'd be nice if you'd stop quoting me with half-baked understanding on the context of the posts. It causes other contributors to possibly misunderstand as much as you do.

Secondly, Ninja was indeed the most requested class as per Shirna and Trents statements in the preceding stream. HOWEVER they also eluded in the same breath that it would continue "more or less" in that direction thus implying there would be exceptions. Archers arrival post uses the reasoning of it fitting Kamasylve - not being the second most requested. You should be able to read the writing on that wall yourself, even if you did require some assistance with the comprehension.

Thirdly, while I can't prove credentials in an online setting such as a forums - I am indeed a software engineer, and SQL server DBA with over 20 years of professional experience, and two degrees: Software development, and network administration. I wouldn't exactly refer to anyone of this ilk as a "sofa dev".

Yep. But I think you have me confused with someone else, because I'm never on here complaining about the game. Ever. I just cannot abide people whining about things that they should have known better about, or stuff like this, ridiculous and ill formed opinions as to how PA should do their jobs, because I sure as hell don't see these same people in the game industry with a successful game of their own.
