Hello,
I downloaded the game like 2 times and updated it. When download is complete and i try to open the game im facing with this issue. It says ‘ to use this application, you must update it ‘. Also I did restore licenses from settings. How can i fix this issue ?

The issue is still here, if you try to launch it it says that to use this content you need to update it, but if you go and try to update it it says your on the latest version anyone know a fix or something?

I'm from Russia, and I thought this is the core of the issue, but I see it's common. Still CE-34632-8 error. Redownloaded game for three times. Now downloading from my NA account, maybe something will be changed.

Hey Adventurers,
There are currently a few issues affecting the download of the Black Desert Beta for PS4. These are unfortunate issues in which we are working with Sony Interactive Entertainment to fix before the Beta goes live. We are making these known in case the issues are not resolved in time.
Europe
Anyone who added the Black Desert beta before it was republished will face an error code saying that it needs to be updated. We are working with SIEE engineers and service teams to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. Those who add the product after the republishing at around 1 PM UTC 08/08 will be able to access the game without issue.
North America
There is currently an issue where the beta is not showing up as its own product, and instead is showing up as extra content for the Standard Edition of Black Desert. This means that to find the beta download, you will need to go to the standard edition of the game, and from there find the beta download under the demos section. We are working again with SIE to get this issue resolved and to make the beta easier to find in searches.
We apologise for these issues and we are hoping that they can be resolved before the beta goes live.

Seriously. If I'm not gonna get an status update for EU, I'll seriously cancel my pre-order. I feckin hate how they don't communicate even tho they said they'll update us if they can't resolve these problems before beta start.
Now I'm sitting here almost 2 hours, waiting for them to get their **** together.
Error ce-34632-8 aswell, check for updates but if you do - u have the latest version.

We don’t know how hard it can be to fix but shouldn’t be that hard to a developer gaming company. I mean i didnt even see and hear this issue even from less experienced companies. There was an issue like thin on fifa back in the days but when you restore the licenses it was working.
Also i see people playing in my friend list.

If you dont play with Eu version you dont recieve the bonus for playing the beta version in the final version
